A Solution That Transforms Your Health and Confidence

Living with missing teeth can take a serious toll on your physical health and emotional well-being, affecting everything from eating and speaking to your confidence in daily life. At Highlands Ranch Oral & Facial Surgery, we understand these challenges and offer dental implants as a lasting solution to restore your smile, function, and self-esteem!

What Is a Dental Implant?

A dental implant is a long-term solution that replaces a missing tooth with a stable, natural-looking alternative. It consists of three parts: a titanium post (the root), an abutment (the connector), and a custom crown or restoration (the visible tooth).

Why Choose Dental Implants?

Trust Your Smile to Experts Who Truly Care

Choosing the right team for your dental implants matters. At Highlands Ranch Oral & Facial Surgery, Dr. Ryan Hambleton and our team combine advanced training with a warm, patient-first approach. Every treatment is personalized to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you need one implant or full-mouth dental implants, we’ll walk you through every step with care, clarity, and compassion. From your first consultation to your final smile and beyond, we’re here to make the process smooth and stress-free.

What to Expect During the Dental Implant Process

Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Hambleton. We’ll take detailed images and discuss your goals. We’ll also review your health history to determine if dental implants are right for you.

If needed, we’ll discuss additional procedures like bone grafts to ensure a strong foundation. You’ll also get clear information on timing and cost to feel confident in your care plan.

On the day of your procedure, we’ll ensure your complete comfort using advanced sedation and anesthesia options. Dr. Hambleton will then make a tiny incision through the gums to expertly place the titanium implant post (or several posts for full-mouth dental implants) into your jawbone.

If you need a tooth extracted, we can place the post in the same visit! Every step of your procedure is carefully planned using 3D imaging and digital guides to ensure the best possible outcome.

After surgery, we’ll schedule follow-up visits to monitor your healing and check how well the implant is bonding with your jawbone. This process, called osseointegration, is key to creating a strong, stable foundation. We’ll also make sure you’re healing properly and staying comfortable. Temporary teeth may be placed during this time to help function and appearance.

Over the next several months, your implants will gain their full strength. Once your mouth is fully healed, we’ll test your strength and collect updated images to ensure long-term success. We’ll work with your restoration dentist to place the final crown, bridge, or denture. Whether getting a single implant or full-mouth dental implants, your final results will look natural, so you can live comfortably and confidently.
